Being a 51-year-old beauty star, lovely fashionista, one of the industry’s original supermodels of the 80’s- 90’s, isn’t always easy.
When she is not busy with modeling or working on her new ventures, Cindy enjoy spending time at her Californian home. She lives in Malibu, near the beach. First thing in the morning she start with getting in the Jacuzzi. After that she starts her workout routine. Cindy uses her beach-side abode for excising and working out, she enjoys the advantage of the stairs she has from her gorgeous house to the lovely beach. This actually gives her 20 minutes of cardio exercise!
After that she continues with 30-60 minuets of bicep curls, squats, old school lunges & weights.
It’s important to mention, that balance is the key for her, Cindy isn’t obsessed with excising every day, just three cardio sessions per week. Once a week, she also tries to go on a hike with a friend, this way she can combine two of her favorite things- friendship and workout.
