The Best Looks From the 2020 Sag Awards

The silver carpet at the latest award show, the 26th Annual SAG Awards had its fair share of glitz, glam, and sparkle and it proved to be one of the most elegant events of the year to date. Yes, we know we’re only in January, but there have already been a bunch of awards shows this year. Our favorite looks of the night were both classy and dramatic.

Cynthia Erivo

The Harriet star dazzled in a custom Schiaparelli haute couture gown featuring a red bustier top and puffy pink silk skirt with a dramatic train that was designed by Daniel Roseberry. Don’t let the simplicity of Erivo’s accessories fool you, the snake necklace alone with just under 1 million dollars!

Reese Witherspoon

Witherspoon was nominated for best ensemble in Big Little Lies and she glistened in this Celine one-shoulder gown with a high slit that was embroidered in crystals and black sequin by designer Heidi Slimane. The simple, but still bold take on a black dress was paired with an amazing pair of strappy black and silver Celine heels.

Joey King

We don’t know how Joey King keeps managing to make our best-dressed list. Although this appears to be just another black dress, The Act star brings out the edginess of the sheer lace Jason Wu gown by slicking her hair back and pairing it with a smoky eye.

Scarlett Johansson

Of course, the presenter of the SAG awards and double nominee would wear a dress that captures our attention. We were won over by the color of this Armani Privé gown, but we also love the draping at the hips and the open back with crystal-embellished straps.
