]]>The ingredients you need are:
1 diced onion
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon parsley
2 cups chopped turkey
3 tablespoons flour
12 oz dry spaghetti
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups mozzarella
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 lb sliced mushrooms
3 cloves minced garlic
1 1/3 cups half and half
8 oz spreadable cream cheese (garlic flavor)
2 1/4 cups chicken broth
salt and pepper
Start by setting the oven on 350 F degrees.
Put the spaghetti in a pot and cook them according to the instructions.
Combine the garlic, butter, and onions and cook them until they become soft, then include the mushrooms. Continue cooking for 3 more minutes. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute.
You can now include the cream and broth to the mix. Leave it on the stove until it starts to release bubbles. It should be boiling for one minute. Add the cream cheese, parsley and the seasonings.
Get a pan and fill it with the turkey, spaghetti and one cup of the sauce. Add the rest of the mozzarella and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Top off with Parmesan, then leave it for 10 extra minutes. Serve the turkey tetrazzini hot. Bon appetit!
