Ingredients
- mushrooms
- olive oil
- cream
- clove of garlic
- leeks
- pink salt
- pepper
- vegetable broth
- lasagna sheets or any kind of pasta you prefer
Instructions
- First, fry the sliced mushrooms in olive oil.
- Add the leeks with the mushrooms.
- Add a little bit of vegetable broth.
- Add half a cup of cream.
- Season with pink salt and pepper.
- After cooking, add lasagna sheets or any kind of pasta.
- Let it simmer and cook for a few minutes to see if the pasta is ready.
- Top it off with roughly cut tarragon.
