Nobody’s perfect; we all have some bad habits that affect the way we look more or less. If your bad habits take their toll on your skin, here’s how you can reverse the effects.

Smoking

We’re not here to tell you that smoking is bad for you, you already know that. If it makes your skin look older and dull, try products with ginseng, mint leaves, and rosemary for improving circulation.

Skipping Skincare

We know that you only skip the nightly skincare regiment when you’re absolutely tired. That’s why you need to trick yourself into doing it even when you can’t think straight. Put a few basic products like cleanser and moisturizer on a visible spot, like next to your toothbrush. If you can’t do the whole routine, at least use them.

Alcohol

If you don’t like how your skin looks after a night of drinking, wash your face with cold water and don’t skip the moisturizer. Drink plenty of water to hydrate your body from the inside.
