Megan Thee Stallion Explains How Her Workouts Helped Her Keep Her Mental Health in Check

Megan Thee Stallion’s workout videos are a gift that keeps on giving, and she enjoys spreading fitness motivation all over social media. The Grammy-winning rapper recently opened up about her intense fitness routine and the way it helped her keep her mental health in check.

Stallion discussed her plans for the future in a recent interview with Billboard, and one of the things that came up were her intense workout videos. One of them even promoted a viral tweet, “What is Megan Thee Stallion training for, and do we need to be training too?” which was liked by over 100,000 people on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Stallion finally opened up about her workouts while chatting with Billboard, and revealed that she’s a huge fan of HIIT and boxing. The rapper also said she spends so much time at the gym because it helps her clear her mind and feel accomplished whenever she’s having a bad day.

“I definitely go in the gym and I push myself and I motivate myself and I’m pushing my body. But, to push your body, I feel like it’s to push yourself mentally… To get yourself out the bed, […] if you push yourself to finish your day and go to the gym, I feel like it’s all mental,” she told Billboard.
