Make Your Own Summer-Outing Pack and Always Be Prepared!

Whether you’re going on a hike, to the pool, the park, or more, there are certain things you should always bring with you when you go outside as the weather turns hotter and hotter.

This pack will not only make your life easier but will keep you safe and your friends happy.

Water

Obviously, water is key whenever you’re going outside but take it one step further than just filling up some water bottles. Instead, take water bottles the night before and freeze them.

In the morning, put them in a plastic bag so they don’t sweat and use them as an ice pack and drink refreshing cold water as they melt!

Sunscreen

Sunscreen is key if you’re going to be outside, but don’t just bring one tube! You also need to remember to bring sunscreen for your lips because the skin there is really sensitive, so pack that extra tube!

Snacks

Even if you’re not doing something super physically active, just being outside can be difficult. Make sure you always have a good store of snacks on you so you can keep the fun going. Try to get some fruit or veggies that have a big water content like melon or cucumber so you can also get rehydrated.
