Oats are a fantastic source of slow-release energy, chia seeds are full of omega-3 fatty acids, while berries, bananas, and greens are a delicious way to up your intake of health-boosting vitamins and minerals. 

Plus, it takes just 5 minutes to prepare, giving you more time for yourself in the morning. 

Don’t have time to eat breakfast at home? Simply pop your smoothie in a keep-cup and enjoy while on your commute! 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup chopped banana
  • ½ cup frozen berries 
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tsp honey/agave syrup or your favorite sweetener
  • 1 cup plant-based milk (we love oat or almond) 

Optional Additions

  • Sipping your smoothie after a workout? Add a scoop of your favorite vegan protein powder to help replenish those tired muscles. 
  • Fancy making your smoothie even more creamy? Add ½ an avocado to increase your intake of beneficial fatty acids and healthy oils. 
  • For a delicious fall-inspired flavor, add 1 tsp of cinnamon to your smoothie mix
