HBO subscription is one of those tiny luxuries most people can’t afford – but not right now. HBO is making social distancing more fun by making over 500 hours of selected movies and TV shows available for free, and here’s what you should consider watching right away.

TV Shows

HBO’s free offering includes some of the best shows this network ever gave us, including The Wire, The Sopranos, and Six Feet Under. You can also laugh along while watching Veep and Silicon Valley, or discover critically acclaimed current shows Barry and Succession.

Movies

Even though they’re not a part of HBO’s original programming, many hits movies are available for free on HBO NOW and HBO GO. The list even includes some of the box office hits from 2019, such as Detective Pikachu and The Lego Movie 2.

Documentary Shows

If you’re a documentary lover looking for new things to watch, you won’t be disappointed by HBO’s offer. McMillion$, Jane Fonda in Five Acts, and The Apollo are only some of the amazing documentaries they have in store.
