Having a Tidy Home is Huge for Reducing Stress and Anxiety

Having a cluttered home can really prevent you from being calm and relaxed when you need it the most. The tricky part is that we accumulate things slowly over time, so we often don’t notice that it’s just too much.

To make things worse, cluttered homes are more difficult to keep clean, so if you have lots of stuff, it’ll be dirty whether you want to admit it or not.

Our surroundings have a direct impact on our feelings of stress and anxiety. In a cluttered home, we tend to be less productive and focus harder.
