If you ever were embarrassed because of the white flakes falling from your hair onto your dark clothes, you know how dandruff can complicate your life. The problem can create a real mess in your life and make you feel less confident about your appearance. Here’s how you can fix it.
Apple cider vinegar

If you only try one avo hack do it with your hair; one of the best #vitamins for long, #strong hair #growth is #biotin which is found in avocado. Combine it with some equally rich and #moisturising #oliveoil and apply it to the lengths and ends of the locks only if you're prone to greasy roots. However, if you suffer from #dandruff adding some #lemon juice to the mixture and working it through the scalp too can help treat flaky skin. As with any hair mask, to avoid mess wrap it up into a shower cap – which you can pop in the washing machine afterwards! – and leave for 20 minutes, gently heating it up with a hairdryer for added activation. #shecametoconquer #respectyourtemple #health #fitness #motivation #vegan #avocado #natural #naturalhair #naturalhaircommunity #plantbased #lifestyle #healthy #lifestylechange
You can use pure olive oil or mix it with other oils, such as almond oil or rosemary oil. Apply to your roots and leave as long as you can before washing – overnight is ideal.
You’re going to need 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice and a cup of water. Mix and massage into your roots, then leave on for 10-15 minutes. Wash regularly.
