Brie Larson. You know her. You love her. She’s got the Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in Room and her acting resume is filled with an impressively diverse list of iconic movies of the chick flick, independent, and big-budget varieties, including but not limited to Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, 21 Jump Street, Short Term 12, and Captain Marvel.

But one of the most exciting parts of being a Brie Larson fan is retroactively discovering all of the amazing things she did in her youth as a child star, such as playing a mean girl in Sleepover and 13 Going on 30 and starring in the Disney Channel Original Movie Right on Track.

But perhaps most thrilling of all is when you get to discover Brie’s pre-teen music career a la Hilary Duff or Avril Lavigne. That’s right, as a young Disney Kid, Brie, too, released edgy, kid-relatable music. In fact, her album was called Finally Out of P.E. and – honestly? – it still slaps.

You may get a laugh at Brie’s silly, early 2000s outfits in her music videos, but you won’t be able to deny the fact that “She Said” remains a total bop. What are you waiting for, go ahead and add it to your Y2K playlist!
