We’re always keeping an eye on new celebrity-designed eyewear collections, and Chrissy Teigen just gave us one we can’t get enough of. The queen of Twitter joined forces with Quay for a capsule range of affordable and chic shades.
Collaborating with this Australian brand was a no-brainer for Teigen, since everyone who’s ever worked with Quay had nothing but words of praise for their awesome sunglasses.
“They sent me a bunch [of sunglasses] and every time I’ve worn them, I get all these compliments. I have so many pairs of sunglasses in every price range, but it’s always the Quay ones that I get compliments on. I was super excited to be part of something with them,” Chrissy Teigen told Harper’s Bazaar.
The entire collection features a total of six different models, priced at $60 or less. In addition to being affordable and super-cute, some of the pieces in the collection feature clear lenses treated with blue light blocking technology.
Teigen’s collection is also a part of “Education is Quay” campaign, which provides $10.000 scholarships to 10 college students and that’s part of the reason why she wanted to collaborate with this brand in the first place.
