Awards shows in the latter part of 2020 have not been what they used to be with many events being held virtually or canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While the People’s Choice Awards took place in Los Angeles, it was audience-free and a much smaller event, but we did see the return of amazing outfits on the red carpet. These were some of our favorite looks of the night.
Tracee Ellis Ross
It’s no wonder that the Black-ish actress killed the red carpet in a brown—after all, she won the fashion-icon award of the night. She arrived to the show in a two-piece set from Schiaparelli before changing in to an Alexander McQueen white dress with puffy sleeves and a cape paired with thigh-high leather boots and a matching harness to accept her award.

The Good Place actress looked super high-fashion in this hot-pink double-breasted tuxedo jacket with flowers over baggy pants look designed by Christopher John Rogers.
Demi Lovato
The host of the night, Demi Lovato, wore five different outfits that were all equally stunning. She arrived on the red carpet in this Naeem Khan separates that looked like an elevated loungewear set, perfect for 2020.
Jennifer Lopez
J. Lo kills it at any awards show she shows up to and this Christian Siriano dress with a high, bubble-shaped neckline is no exception.
