]]>Not all foundations are full-coverage and opaque. If you’re used to making your skin look completely one-tone or contouring, try out some lighter foundation. This will help you get used to seeing your natural skin in the mirror while still providing some correction and evening your tones.
Another option is to skip the full face and instead use a bit of makeup to make one feature pop. Maybe this means mascara and a bit of eyeshadow, or some nice lipstick. This can help you get to know your own features and get familiar with your natural beauty.
If you’ve historically used makeup to blot out imperfections and not as a form of self-expression, it can be fun to try out different out-there makeup looks to show off your personality. Maybe that means unconventional lipstick and eyeshadow colors or face glitter. There are endless possibilities and they don’t need to include any kind of “corrective” makeup—your face is perfect as-is, and it doesn’t need to be corrected.

]]>When you first wake up, your body gets a boost from the hormone that makes you alert, cortisol. Some scientists think drinking coffee during that boost can create even more cortisol than you need. Or, it can be a waste of caffeine because your body is already waking you up. It’s better to drink after breakfast when you need the boost more.
People often feel a lull in the afternoon, especially if they eat a big lunch. If you’re at work and need a pick-me-up, this can be a good time to have a cup of Joe. The extra boost may also help with concentration, and a nice warm drink is a lovely way to decompress mid-workday.
To help get psyched up before a workout, many people drink energy drinks or caffeine-induced protein shakes. These can raise energy levels for a higher-intensity workout. But, you don’t need to worry about fancy fitness drinks—coffee will do the job just fine.

]]>The first three ingredients you’ll need are chicken stock (powder is just fine), fresh garlic, and soy sauce. Chicken stock will be your base, so start by boiling some in a pot. Use a heaping tablespoon of powder if that’s what you’re using. Don’t use too much or it will be too salty.
Crush 3 or more cloves of garlic and add to the pot. If you don’t have fresh, use garlic powder. If you like some extra zing, fresh ginger or ginger powder are a delicious addition to make a more authentic broth. This is also very soothing if you aren’t feeling well.
Finally, add your soy sauce. Start with a teaspoon and add more to taste. This is what will provide you with the umami flavor that defines ramen. If you like, try adding a bit of sesame oil and green onions on top.
Now you can add your noodles, and try dropping in a raw egg to cook for some protein. Enjoy!

Don’t forget to keep the chargers, too. On the off chance that you run into trouble getting your checked bag, your irreplaceable won’t be in jeopardy.
For the same reason, you may want to pack a change of clothes (or at least some socks and underwear) in case you’re stuck without your suitcase for longer than you expect. Be sure to keep any medicine you may need on you as well.
Beyond these essentials, the rest of your space can be used for comfort and entertainment. Especially for longer flights, pack something to do that doesn’t rely on electronics. This might be a book, an adult coloring book, or some work you need to get done.
For comfort, if you have room, you could bring a neck pillow, a blanket, or anything else you just want with you. To finish off, go ahead a pack a snack. Happy flying!

One more well-known baking binder is banana. There are many recipes that incorporate bananas into the batter, including bread, pancakes, and even cookies. This will certainly add some banana flavor to your recipe, but luckily this pairs well with lots of other flavors like chocolate, nuts, cinnamon, and more. You can use half a banana to replace each egg.
For savory recipes, you can use 1/4 cup pureed tomato to replace each egg. In a pinch, you can try out other fruit and root vegetable purees as well, like avocado or squash.
