Often, we eat our meals quickly before moving onto the next task at hand. Making the time to eat our meals slowly can improve our health. Chew mindfully and savor each mouthful. Make mealtimes synonymous with me-time.
Avoid Fizzy Drinks and Spicy Foods
If you suffer from heartburn often, it might be sensible to cut back on fizzy drinks and spicy foods. Fatty foods and smoking are also major causes of heartburn.

Split ends are caused by your hair dehydrating. When the hair loses moisture, the hair thins and it becomes brittle and dry. Eventually, this causes the ends to split apart.
Hair is more prone to drying in extreme weather conditions or when it is overexposed to chemicals. To reduce the chance of split ends, avoid using harsh chemicals on your hair and instead opt for gentler, more natural products.
How to Treat Split Ends
Even if you avoid chemicals and cold weather altogether, that doesn’t mean you are free from split ends. If you have fine hair, they can still occur simply because of the way you brush your hair.
If you are prone to split ends, you can treat your hair with a product that nourishes your hair and protects brands from splitting further. UV protection spray is also a great way to keep your hair from dehydrating as quickly in extreme heat.
What to Do About Split Ends
Unfortunately, once your hair has split, it cannot be resealed. The best thing to do when you find a split end is to trim the end before your hair splits any further. Getting your hair trimmed regularly will help you avoid hair loss as a result of split ends.

“I’ve always been a makeup fan and M.A.C is my favorite brand of all time,” Rosalia told Glamor. “When M.A.C got in touch with me to work on Viva Glam, I said yes instantly. First because I love the products, but mostly because Viva Glam is such an amazing project.”
Viva Glam launched 26 years ago. It has raised more than $500 million for grassroots organizations globally. Recently, they have been servicing communities affected by Covid-19.
Elsewhere in her interview with Glamor, Rosalia shared her top lipstick tip. “Overline, always,” she says. “It gives the visual illusion that your lips are bigger or your mouth looks bigger and I love that my mouth looks big!”
