Over Cleansing

“Taking a Break” from Skincare
Some people believe that their skin needs a break from skincare now that they’re at home all the time, but that’s simply not true. You don’t have to do much, but some steps are necessary, like washing your face and applying a moisturizer.
Bad Sleeping Habits
Too little or too much sleep can leave trace on your skin. Depriving yourself of sleep will make the bags under your eyes appear while sleeping too much can make your face bloated.
