December is here, which means holiday cocktails need to be created and drunk. Whether you are inviting the girls around for a fun evening in or planning a huge holiday party, these Christmas cocktails are a must on every occasion. All you need is a bar full of spirits, a refrigerator full of fruits and mixers, and of course, a cocktail shaker and you are ready to go!

Cranberry Persimmon Sangria

All you will need is, a bottle of white wine, 2 ounces vodka, a cup of fresh cranberries, 2 persimmons (thinly sliced), and a cinnamon stick, and soak together for 1 to 4 hours. When the party starts, take out the cinnamon stick and add a bottle of sparkling cider. Best served over crushed ice with some cranberries for decoration!

Sugar Cookie Martini

If you like a sweet cocktail, this one is for you!

Add 1 ounce White Chocolate Vanilla Cream Liqueur, 2 ounces Irish cream, 1 ounce vodka, 1 tablespoon caramel syrup, and 2 ounces half-and-half, and shake it all up with ice in your cocktail shaker.

Rim your Martini glasses with some honey and dip it in sprinkles. Strain the cocktail over some ice and drink.

Spiced Apple Sangria

You will want to prepare this the day before your party, as the cinnamon needs time to do it things.

Add to a large pitcher a few cinnamon sticks and 2 chopped Honeycrisp apples, 1 bottle of red wine, ½ cup brandy, ¼ cup Cointreau, and 1 cup cranberry juice. Refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours and serve in glasses with cinnamon-sugar rims.

Cranberry Ginger Punch

In a glass, combine 1¼ ounces Bulleit Bourbon, 2½ ounces cranberry juice, and ¼ ounce ginger syrup. Top with 1-ounce club soda and garnish with frozen cranberries. This is the taste of Christmas in a glass!
