In winter, the air is dry, we are less exposed to clean and fresh air, and might find ourselves in situations where we work or live in heated spaces most of the day, which is not necessarily good for the skin. Here are 3 tips that will help you keep your skin glowing in the winter.

Water Water Water

Drink lots of water. Even if you are not thirsty, be sure to drink at least two liters of water every day. Without water, your skin will lose its natural moisture, especially in winter when the air is so dry.

Buy Beauty Products

Even if you do not use moisturizer, you should start. Choose good products, organic if possible, and ones that suit your skin and the climate in the area where you live.

Sleep Well

There is nothing better for our skin than a good night’s sleep. The skin cells are rebuilt in sleep, the swelling under the eyes goes down, and we just feel better. Try to get into bed as early as possible, and sleep at least eight hours a night. True, this is a privilege not all of us have, but hey, a girl can dream.
