Step Up is one of the first movies that come to mind when someone mentions dancing, and it has a lot in common with Work It. The first movie starring Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan also followed a young couple who bond over their mutual love for dance, and there are even more similarities to be found if you watch all the movies from this franchise.
Dirty Dancing
If you’re in the mood to explore some classics from this genre after Work It, this one is a good place to start. Dirty Dancing is much more dramatic than Netflix’s latest hit rom-com, but it also centers on a young couple of dancers learning from each other and falling in love.
