Let The Right One In
John Ajvide Lindqvist’s novel has already been adapted into two successful movies, but Showtime decided to give us another take on this story. Demián Bichir and Madison Taylor star in this series about a 12-year-old girl who must learn how to lead a completely different life after becoming a vampire.
Interview With the Vampire
If you only have enough time to watch a single vampire show this October, The Interview with the Vampire should be that show. The new adaptation of Anne Rice’s iconic gothic novel about Louis de Pointe du Lac’s incredible journey is so good that AMC already renewed it for Season 2 before it even premiered.
Vampire Academy
Unlike the previous two novels, Richelle Mead’s Vampire Academy never got a successful adaptation that fans were happy with. Peacock tried to right that wrong with this TV show, which chronicles the journey of two friends attending the royal vampire academy.
