Fans of Big Little Lies will be happy to hear that another book written by Liane Moriarty is going to be adapted for the screen. Nine Perfect Strangers is the story about nine people who travel to an unusual health resort to seek help. So far we know that Melissa McCarthy and Nicole Kidman have been cast to star in this Hulu miniseries.
Little Fires Everywhere
Celeste Ng’s bestselling novel Little Fires Everywhere is probably the most anticipated book adaptation of the year. The drama series will be released on March 18, with Kerry Washington and Reese Witherspoon in lead roles.
The Invisible Man
Unlike the above mentioned, H.G. Wells’ sci-fi novel The Invisible Man is a well-known classic. The book is getting a modern adaptation in an upcoming psychological horror film written and directed by Leigh Whannell, with amazing Elisabeth Moss in a lead role.
