Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
  • 3–4 pitted and chopped Medjool dates
  • 2 cups spinach

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until very smooth. Make sure there are no flecks of spinach or small pieces of dates left.
  2. You can experiment by using yogurt instead of milk, or by adding different fruits.
