Mash 6 ounces of fresh raspberries with a fork in a medium bowl. Then put the mashed raspberries in a jar and pour in 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1/3 cup olive oil, and some salt and pepper. Close the jar and give it a good shake.
Combine 2 ounces of goat cheese with 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin in a jar. Add 1/3 cup water, salt, and pepper. Close the jar and shake it. Add more water until it’s the creamy consistency you want.
In a jar add 4 tablespoons tahini and pour in 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 2 teaspoons honey, and 1/3 cup water. Add salt and pepper and close the jar, shaking it. Add more water until it’s the consistency you like.
Mix 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard with 2 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, and 1/4 cup olive oil in a jar. Add salt and pepper and close the jar before shaking it.
