Don’t worry, British fitness influencer Natacha Oceane has got your back. Natacha offers two workout programs that you can do from the comfort of your home. Her program “Home” requires resistance bands and a chair, but if you don’t have any exercise equipment, her newest program “Home Zero” is made just for you.
Both programs offer ten weeks of workouts as well as a science-based nutrition guide developed with Dietetics specialist Renee McGregor. Each workout is unique and fun, composed mostly of low-impact moves so you don’t bother your downstairs neighbors.
