]]>The ganache in this drink is made from Bakery Nouveau’s bean-to-bar chocolate which makes the drink extra creamy. The cocoa is made from a 68 percent blend with beans from Peru, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Ecuador, and Fiji.
Who doesn’t love spiked hot chocolate? This cinnamon-spiked Mexican recipe finished with vanilla cocoa meringue and a dark chocolate or ginger caramel glaze is a real treat for those who can handle the sweetness. You can even add a toasted marshmallow to make this drink over the top.
With seven hot chocolate options to choose from how could you go wrong? All the hot chocolates come with homemade marshmallows and our favorite is the butterscotch hot chocolate which has caramelized hot chocolate, butterscotch, milk chocolate, nutmeg, vanilla bean, and orange peels.
