]]>The Thor actor describes the mini-series of mini-meditations as “Affirmations That Positively, Absolutely, Probably (Most Likely) Won’t Make Your 2020 Worse”, and in the five videos we see a bit of Hemsworth’s dry sense of humor and how he deals with his thoughts and distractions while meditating.
Each affirmation video is one-minute long and includes lines like “Allow my soothing baritones to wash over you,” and funny titles like “Inhale possibility, not bugs,” and “Balancing It All. Sort Of.”
Although Hemsworth may have super-human strength as Thor, like the rest of us, he gets distracted while trying to get in the zone. Some of his distractions include his son casually swimming in the water as he meditates at the bottom of the pool, a fluffy dog strolling by while he sits on a rock meditating in a river, and getting bitten by murder hornets while sitting in a field of pink flowers.

“I’ll always choose to go to bed an hour earlier than normal in order to squeeze in a workout before I head to set. It’s so important to my mental health and happiness throughout the day. If I can work out in the a.m., I’m more on top of my game for the rest of the day,” said Petsch.
The young actress usually works out with her trainer Alex Fine, but she also enjoys having casual walks around the neighborhood. Her workouts mainly focus on toning and strength and incorporate resistance bands, weights—and bright activewear that puts her in a good mood.

Jump rope has been a popular cardio exercise for other celebrities including Halle Berry and Carrie Underwood, and Lizzo showed off her skipping skills in this Instagram post of her training with Marcus Ely.
Lizzo can be seen completing a total-body circuit to her song “Tempo” in a recent TikTok video. Some of the exercises she does are lat pulldowns, stability ball core exercises, battle ropes, and jumping jacks.
The singer doesn’t have the time or energy for body shamers which she made clear in a TikTok video of her riding a stationary bike.
