With social distancing restrictions easing, take advantage of it and spend some time in nature. There are so many health benefits associated with spending time outside. If you want to avoid going outside, listen to nature sounds like thunderstorms or ocean waves and look at pictures of nature.

Even if you’ve been on a diet or trying to eat healthier, use the extra time you’re spending at home to whip up some tastier meals or indulgent foods you usually wouldn’t eat.
