A targeted skin care routine is essential for everyone, but the needs of our skin change as we age. Here are some tips for what you should do at what age …

In your 20s

You probably take care of basics by cleansing and moisturizing, but starting to look after your skin well at this age will stand you in good stead in the years to come. Choose a cleanser that is specific to your skin type for optimum results.

Add antioxidants to fight off free radicals, repair sun damage, and prevent the breakdown of collagen. Use sunscreen every day.

In your 30s

Instead of cleansing in the morning, tone. Your night-time cleansing routine should be enough. Exfoliate more to get rid of dull, dead skin cells and brighten the complexion.

Start using eye cream twice a day to prevent crow’s feet and laughter lines.

In your 40s

Skin is drier at this age. Use a multitasking serum to tackle everything from sun spots and fine lines, to sagging.

Opt for a product that contains antioxidants to fight off free radicals. Start using a facial oil for maximum hydration, and upgrade your moisturizer to one that is richer.

Traveling is something therapeutic for most people. It makes them release their stress and express themselves in so many ways.

However, from students to young professionals to parents, there are dependably reasons that individuals feel they can’t make their travel goals come true, and it is usually because of finances.

Since travel involves costs–airfare, accommodation, food and some activities–there are a lot of alternative ways to travel that does not only save money but also enable you to experience new things follow your wanderlust.

When to travel

During the middle of the year, most countries are very costly. If it is possible to plan your travel in the off-season, then do it! Spots like Europe are impeccable during “shoulder season” (April through mid-June and September through October). The climate is better, places are less swarmed, and you’ll spare a great deal of money.

The top secret in finding a cheap flight is to be patient in doing some serious searching for that cheap flight.

You can also try to compare the fare between train, bus, air and ferry to get the best deal. Keep in mind that sometimes, mixing transportation can often be the cheapest pick.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BfD6xD1gjo9/?tagged=travel

Budget Accommodation

AirBnb is undoubtedly cheaper than hotels. It gets even more budget-friendly because there are some places where you can use kitchen to cook in. You can consider living in hostels since they also offer private rooms.

If you want to go for a hotel, look for ones that are located a little farther from the heart of the city as they are usually cheaper. But make sure to find somewhere near public transportation.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BfDU-7zncZr/?tagged=accomodation

Transportation

Uber tend to be cheaper than taxis. The best way to travel underground is the city, on which you’ll get more value of your money by not spending too much.

It is best advised to have an extensive research regarding the public transport of the city you are going to visit. Google Maps is also a big help as it will tell you exactly which train and buses you need to take.

However, when you are going to visit Europe on where walking is ideal then you can take that as an option for near places.

Activities

The way you sort out your day by day activities can make or break your finance. Some of the most memorable moments can be activities and adventures that won’t cost you that much.

Ways to save on activities:

Avoid pricey tours: Download or buy book guides and check where you are going. Do an extensive research over the internet and it will provide you all the information that you will need.

Ask for a discount: Look for special rates, promo, student, senior or kid discount. It never hurts to ask anyway!

Check online for special deals and discounts: Sites like Groupon are all over the place and give big discounts. They can also be a source of information for local events.

https://www.instagram.com/p/Be1Lw8YlC67/?tagged=traveladventures

Eating

Forget the overpriced restaurants because the best way to experience a place is to try the authentic, local food.

Take advantage of included breakfasts at hotels. Always ask about it during check-in.

Local shops give you an experience of the local way of living, and you’ll want to drop by to pick something for your breakfast, mid-night snack and more.

Bring refillable water bottle: Buying water bottles can cost you a lot, both in cash and environmental waste. So, to save you from dehydrating, always bring your handy water bottle.

Shopping

But before you spend all your money, think that there is a right and cost-effective way.

Skip the Souvenirs: Find one special thing that can represent your trip; Shop at night or street markets instead of the big establishment; Shop Local: Find a shop that can represent the place you are visiting and where you can find special items

Camellia Sinensis is the name of the plant that a hundred types of tea came from. This plant is originally native to Asian countries but is currently cultivated around the world in tropical and subtropical areas. Like wine and coffee, each reap of tea will differ year to year because of changes in climate, rainfall, and other seasonal conditions.

Tea is known as the most consumed beverage in the world next to water, and it has over 3,000 different kinds. The most common categories used today are green, white, oolong, black and fermented.

White Tea

White tea undergoes the least processing of all teas but the process is quite delicate. It requires strict consideration from tea producers. It is in China where they are traditionally cultivated. These days, other teas developing districts like Darjeeling and Sri Lanka have started to develop white tea, with a goal to endorse white tea’s developing fame.

White Teas are valued for their gentle nuances, complexity and natural sweetness. They also have the most delicate flavor and aroma.

https://www.instagram.com/p/Bed6AL8nIJ4/?tagged=whitetea

Green Tea

This type of tea keeps its vital color because it is unoxidized. To avert oxidization, the leaves are heated to take out the enzyme in charge of oxidization. In Japan, they steam the leaves at a very high temperature, while in China they do this by roasting or pan-firing the leaves. Both processes tend to bring out a more distinct flavor from the tea leaves.

Green teas that have been steamed contain more dampness and are more fragile. They also tend to create more refined flavors with many undertones and accents that experts treasure.

Black Tea

The most well-known variety of tea in the west is Black tea, also known as “Red tea” in China. This kind of tea undergoes full oxidation, which results in dark brown and black leaf characteristic. Though it is originally cultivated in China, this tea is now available worldwide.

The black tea leaves are plucked and allowed to wither. They are then rolled and crushed by hand or by machine. This activates the oxidation processes and the leaves can turn black. Finally, they are fired in ovens to stop the oxidation process.

Oolong Tea

This kind of tea, also known as Wu Long Tea, undergoes partial oxidation and is classified as mid-way between green and black tea. The caffeine substance and cancer prevention agent level is likewise mid-way between that of green and dark teas, making them very healthy and attractive. An exceptionally most loved and wanted tea among specialists, all oolongs hail from either China or Taiwan.

It is a direct result of the multifaceted nature of this procedure that oolong teas can have the most extensive exhibit of flavors and smells. Besides, oolongs can be soaked a few times, with each progressive implantation having its own particular unmistakable taste and aroma.

https://www.instagram.com/p/Befmc_GhDRi/?tagged=oolongtea

Pu’er Tea

This is a type of tea that is aged and fermented. Pu’er teas comprise of bigger leaves that can be matured for quite a while. Regularly, the most exceptionally prized Pu’er teas will really have a light dusting of mold. Pu’er leaves are normally packed into different shapes before being aged.

Pu’er tea is extremely smooth in taste and can be significantly darker than black tea. This is a normally an aged tea, and, if put away appropriately, the more established the tea, the better the flavor.

Wine lover? Then this is tremendously good news for you!

According to the study conducted by Yale neuroscientist Gordon Shepherd, drinking wine makes you smarter and activates more grey matter in the brain. It is also believed that the flavor of wine engages our brain more than any other human activity.

https://www.instagram.com/p/Bd7zmOZB4cV/?tagged=wine

Shepherd said in his book, Neuroenology: How the Brain Creates the Taste of Wine, that wine sipping includes a great deal of complex engine acts. The act of breathing in the aroma, taking a sip, and after that gulping – may appear like a basic procedure yet it truly isn’t.

The act of drinking wine is a composite procedure; it includes a wide range of components, including how you taste the wine, how your tongue moves the wine around in your mouth, how your nose reacts to the smell of wine and so on.

Each of these specific demonstrations causes us to draw in our senses in a more productive and healthy way.

Apart from making you smarter, wine has a lot more health benefits as follows:

Helps Lower Cholesterol

The procyanidins found in red wine decreases the odds of elevated cholesterol. The procyanidins decrease LDL (bad cholesterol) and increases the HDL (good cholesterol).

https://www.instagram.com/p/Bd7zbeYgFJf/?tagged=wine

Reduces the Risk of a Stroke

Moderate drinking of wine can help in anticipating blood thickening and wine acts as blood thinner. Red wine, specifically, is known to have phenols which work as blood thinners. The John Hopkins University found that the resveratrol found in the skin of red grapes can prevent a stroke. Yet be sure to always consume in moderation!

https://www.instagram.com/p/Bd7y3LzB88w/?tagged=wine

Boosts the Immune System

Generally, wine boosts your immune system and while you continue with your day by day vitamins, a glass of wine occasionally, makes a difference. Unreasonable utilization of wine will defeat the purpose in helping you strengthen your immune system. Excessive consumption is not good.

Contains Antioxidants

The University of Barcelona led an investigation which uncovered that the phenols in white wine can also help prevent cancer. Wine is loaded with antioxidants and is useful for the body.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BeAEGyRH-Is/?tagged=whitewine

Increases Bone Density

As we grow older, our bones tend to end up noticeably fragile and feeble. A glass of wine can help increase your calcium count. Beyond any doubt, you could drink high-calcium milk but doesn’t a glass of wine sound significantly more unwinding? Red wine is known to have large amounts of silicone which is incredible to increase bone thickness and furthermore lessen the possibility of Osteoporosis.
