Tonal is similar in shape to MIRROR, but has the added bonus of built-in ergonomic exercise equipment. In addition, TONAL has its own web-based class subscription for an additional cost. The exercise classes will show you which pieces of equipment to pull out, and the different weight levels to use.

We’ve all heard that cell phones have more germs than toilet seats, which makes sense when you think about all the places you bring your smartphone. To prevent germs, use a microfiber cloth to wipe down the surface of the phone and a UV light sanitizer. Clorox is always a safe bet.

Because headphones go inside your ears, it’s important to make sure that they’re clean. For traditional headphones use a microfiber cloth and water to get rid of buildup. Additionally, if your earphones have removable tips, take the tips off and clean them with soap and water and rinse them well. For dirt or debris that hasn’t come off in hard to reach places, use a soft-bristled brush. Bluetooth headphones should only be cleaned with a dry cloth.

High-Tech Watches

To wipe dirt or smudges off the screen, use a slightly damp microfiber cloth and a soft-bristled brush to remove dirt in the buttons or grooves of the watch. For the band, for nylon clean them with dish detergent and a damp cloth, for silicone use rubbing alcohol, for metal use a dry lint-free cloth, and for leather use water, a microfiber cloth, and leather conditioner.

Laptop

To start, give your laptop a gentle shake to remove any dust. Then, use compressed air and a cotton swab to remove dirt from the keyboard and hard to reach places. To clean the screen, use a damp microfiber cloth. For the exterior of the computer, take a slightly damp microfiber cloth dipped in dish soap and warm water and wipe down the surface including your mouse.
