Shower steamers are such a big thing in beauty right now. They are also very helpful for a number of health issues. You can now make your own natural version with several simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

This recipe for shower steamers requires you to get 3-5 tablespoons water, 1 cup citric acid, 2 cups baking soda, and 1 cup cornstarch. You should also add essential oils, depending on what you need the steamers for. If you only need a relaxing shower to opt for 80 drops of lavender oil and 40 drops geranium essential oil. Shower steamers are such a big thing in beauty right now. They are also very helpful for a number of health issues. You can now make your own natural version with several simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

This recipe for shower steamers requires you to get 3-5 tablespoons water, 1 cup citric acid, 2 cups baking soda, and 1 cup cornstarch. You should also add essential oils, depending on what you need the steamers for. If you only need a relaxing shower to opt for 80 drops of lavender oil and 40 drops geranium essential oil. People struggling with a cold should add 80 drops eucalyptus oil and 40 drops peppermint essential oil. Don’t forget to get soap molds.

This is when you should also include the essential oils in the mix. Once you’re done add the shower steamers in the mold. Leave it for at least 12 hours before using.
