]]>Opt for sulfate-free shampoos or co-washing methods to cleanse your curls without stripping away their natural moisture. Massage your scalp gently and allow the water to rinse out the product, leaving your curls refreshed and ready for the next step.
Curly hair thrives on hydration, so it’s crucial to incorporate a moisturizing conditioner into your routine. Apply a generous amount of conditioner from mid-length to ends, detangle it with a wide-tooth comb or your fingers, and let it sit for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly, ensuring that your curls are coated in moisture.
Once your curls are hydrated, it’s time to define and style them. Apply a curl-enhancing cream or gel to damp hair, working it through from roots to ends. Scrunch your curls gently to encourage their natural shape and let them air dry or use a diffuser on low heat to minimize frizz. Avoid touching your curls while they dry to maintain their definition.
To keep your curls looking fresh and defined between wash days, consider using a curl refresher spray or mist. Simply spray it onto your curls, scrunch lightly, and allow them to air dry. Additionally, protect your curls from heat damage by using a heat protectant spray before styling with hot tools.
Protect your curls while you sleep by using a silk or satin pillowcase or wrapping your hair in a silk scarf. This will prevent friction and help maintain your curls’ shape and prevent frizz. In the morning, gently fluff your curls with your fingers or use a wide-tooth comb to refresh your style.

]]>For thick curly hair, deep hydrating conditioner is your friend. Keep an eye out for natural oils like almond oil, coconut oil, and argan oil. These ingredients will keep your hair shiny and soft and help fight frizz to help your curls keep their natural shape.
If your hair is straight and fine, you can look for volumizing conditioners to help give it body. Proteins, keratin, and biotin will help strengthen your strands to give them more thickness. Some conditioners have polymers added to plump your hair up without weighing it down.
If your hair is dry, damaged, or bleach-treated, look for silicones in your conditioner. These are a good option for straighter dry hair as they will add shine and smoothness but may take the shape out of curls. If you prefer natural products, you can buy plant oil-based conditioners.

]]>Curly hair has a basic tendency to dryness and therefore it is imperative to choose quality care products that do not contain ingredients like SLS and parabens.
Curly hair looks great a day or two after washing it, so it is recommended to wash it as little as possible and in total no more than twice a week. After washing, use a conditioner and hair mask without SLS and without parabens. Our recommendation is to use a conditioner once a week and a mask once a week.
Choose a natural drying method, using a towel. Take a towel made of microfiber and dry your hair with it with gentle pats. Apply moisturizer and then wrap the hair with the towel. Wait 20 minutes and remove the towel. This treatment will provide a “shot” of deep, high-quality moisture for your hair. Next, let the hair dry naturally until it is completely dry.

]]>We know that curly hair must be extremely hard to deal with on a daily basis, but it also makes you very special. You should learn to love your natural hair and here’s why.
While you’re cursing your natural curls, there are many girls who would give anything to have your curly hair. Do you know why? Because it’s unique and not a lot of people have it!
Girls who have shiny straight hair spend a lot of time brushing it to achieve that glow. But the only thing you need is your fingers to detangle your hair and you’re ready to head out the door.
This is a practical reason why you shouldn’t change your hair. Natural hair is always healthier and if you straighten it too often, you might be damaging your hair.
We have to accept ourselves for who we are, and the sooner you realize this, the happier you’ll be. Your curls are a part of you, and your character, so don’t give up on them so easily.
