One of them even promoted a viral tweet, “What is Megan Thee Stallion training for, and do we need to be training too?” which was liked by over 100,000 people on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Stallion finally opened up about her workouts while chatting with Billboard, and revealed that she’s a huge fan of HIIT and boxing. The rapper also said she spends so much time at the gym because it helps her clear her mind and feel accomplished whenever she’s having a bad day.
“I definitely go in the gym and I push myself and I motivate myself and I’m pushing my body. But, to push your body, I feel like it’s to push yourself mentally… To get yourself out the bed, […] if you push yourself to finish your day and go to the gym, I feel like it’s all mental,” she told Billboard.
