TikTok users love adding protein powder to pretty much everything—including lemonade. Made with lemonade, ice, and protein powder, this drink walks a fun line between lemonade and protein shake, and it can be quite healthy if you don’t add any sugar to the mix.

To be fair, the “three drinks theory” initially emerged on Twitter before taking TikTok by storm. ]]>Like hot chocolate bombs, tea bombs tend to burst after coming in contact with a hot beverage—water instead of milk, in this case—but they’re made with different ingredients. Marshmallows, cocoa, and other sweet treats are now replaced by more tea-friendly ingredients, such as dried tea leaves and flowers.
Another thing that makes them different from hot chocolate bombs is their magical, translucent spheres. Instead of pouring chocolate into silicone molds, you’ll use isomalt crystals this time around, to give the tea bombs the glass-like look that they’re best known for. It’s also recommended to mix food coloring with your melted isomalt to make the bombs more colorful.
When it comes to the rest of the ingredients, you should fill the bombs with a teabag and some dried flowers. A hot pan is usually used to melt the edges and stick them together, creating a perfect tea bomb that will create some magic in your teacup once you pour hot water over it.
