It can be hard to motivate yourself to go to the gym, but skateboarding is so fun that you find yourself wanting to do it all day every day. Well, if you do, you’ll get tons of aerobic and strength exercise in without even really realizing it. No more expensive gym memberships or struggling to convince yourself to lace up your gym shoes.
Skateboarding is also a great form of transportation that is good for the environment while also being fun and allowing you to get to know your neighborhood and enjoy your community.
