]]>With social distancing restrictions easing, take advantage of it and spend some time in nature. There are so many health benefits associated with spending time outside. If you want to avoid going outside, listen to nature sounds like thunderstorms or ocean waves and look at pictures of nature.
Give yourself a much-needed break from social media and the news. Constantly following the news will only stress you out.
Even if you’ve been on a diet or trying to eat healthier, use the extra time you’re spending at home to whip up some tastier meals or indulgent foods you usually wouldn’t eat.
With all the time you’re spending sitting at home, use it to increase your mobility. Get on the floor and do some exercises to expand your range of motion.
In the morning, before you get out of bed, take five minutes to do some deep breathing exercises. You’ll feel more relaxed and ready to take on your day.
