(AD) Cheesy cauliflower pasta! This creamy, satisfying meal requires just four ingredients and 15 minutes to make! It’s the ultimate frozen food hack, using @icelandfoods frozen cauliflower cheese and frozen spinach combined with cooked macaroni to create a delicious family meal. I always have my freezer well stocked with frozen food. With a good range of choices, you can even make nutrient-rich, filling family meals entirely from the freezer, which is such a win. It also means if I’ve made a meal and it’s a bit light on veggies, I can easily reach into the freezer and find a portion to add, like with the spinach in this pasta dish. Frozen food is often cheaper than fresh food, but there’s really no compromise on quality. In fact, it’s frozen quickly after being harvested, so can actually retain more nutrients than fresh, which could have been in transit and on shelves for quite a while! Best of all, frozen food lasts much longer than fresh and I can just take out what I need, so there’s far less food waste. Will you switch to frozen at least once a week to save money and reduce waste? Here’s how to make this yummy cauliflower cheese pasta. Ingredients * 1 pack (680g) Iceland Frozen Cauliflower Cheese * 240g Iceland Frozen Spinach  * 300g dried macaroni Optional extras * 100g cheddar cheese, grated  * A little fresh parsley Instructions 1. Remove the cauliflower cheese from its packaging and place in a shallow microwaveable dish. Cover with a microwave-safe plate and place in the microwave. 2. Cook on full power for 7 minutes, stir, then cook for a further 7 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, set a large pan of boiling water over a medium heat and add the pasta. 4. Boil the pasta for 6 minutes, then add the spinach and boil for a further 3-5. Since the spinach is frozen, you may need to turn up the heat to bring it back to the boil. 5. Drain the pasta and spinach. Turn the grill (US = broiler) on to high. 6. Remove the cauliflower from the microwave and add the spinach and pasta. Fold through. You can now serve immediately, if you like, or follow the extra steps in the comments for a bubbling, cheesy top!
