]]>Based on the acclaimed novel of the same name by author Rebecca du Maurier, Netflix’s Rebecca promises to capture audiences. Actress Lily James plays the unnamed new wife of actor Armie Hammer’s character Maxim DeWinter. The two fall in love on the sun-soaked beaches of Monte Carlo, and promptly decide to get married. When the new Mrs. DeWinter arrives at her husband’s English country estate, she finds out that his late wife’s memory may be haunting everyone.
This is the first holiday-themed film that Netflix is launching this year. It stars Emma Roberts as Sloane, a perpetually single young woman who is tired of being asked why she’s still single. That’s when Jackson, played by Luke Bracey, enters the picture. Sloane and Jackson decide to be each other’s dates for the entire holiday season, and sparks fly between them.
In another sure-to-be heartfelt film, Operation Christmas Drop stars Kat Graham in the role of Erica, a Congressional aide. Erica is on a mission to defund a military base at Christmas time, but what she finds when she arrives at the base may change her mind. Alexander Ludwig plays the dashing Capt. Andrew Jantz and he will do everything in his power to make her fall in love with him, and keep her from defunding the base.

The story follows Emily, played by Lily Collins, who works as a marketing specialist in Chicago and has a chance to move to Paris for work. She can’t really speak French and she has completely opposite energy from her very serious boss. The two don’t start off on the right foot and that’s where all the fun starts.
You’ll enjoy Emily’s bubbly style and colorful clothes, but also the sleek wardrobe of her boss Sylvie. Chanel is everywhere and everyone is always wearing heels, which seems a bit much but we can let it slide.
We haven’t seen such an uplifting show in a long time and we believe it’s the perfect choice for a cold weekend when you just want to stay inside and be cozy in your living room.
