]]>Different festivals have different rules, so you need to make sure to do your research before. Some places will let you bring in outside food, some won’t and some have special places you can eat and drink, but not within the festival itself. Keep yourself fed without having to pay the crazy festival vendor feeds as best as you can.
Again, do your research, but if you can bring in a water bottle even one without a lid, do it! You’re going to be dancing and moving a lot all under the hot sun, so you need to make sure you stay hydrated. Find out if there are any hydration stations, and visit them frequently!
When it comes to festivals, try to have as little on you as possible. Especially if you’re just going for one day, there’s no need to fill up a big bag of stuff. Just bring your absolute essentials so you can stay light and if you do lose anything, you won’t be totally crushed.
