Iced coffee is one of the easiest and most effective ways to get through a hard week. But, drinking the same thing every day can get boring. We have the solution to that, maple ice coffee. This recipe also features cinnamon, an ingredient that gives a special touch to your drink.

Ingredients:

  • 1- 1 1/2 cups pure maple syrup
  • 8 cups boiling water
  • 1/3 cup instant coffee
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ice
  • milk or heavy cream (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix maple syrup, instant coffee, and cinnamon in a pitcher.
  2. In the meantime, boil the water.
  3. Pour the ingredients in the pitcher with the boiling water
  4. Mix very well so that everything combines.
  5. Serve the maple iced coffee in a tall glass with ice.
  6. Add milk or heavy cream if desired.

Enjoy on a hot summer day!

Salmon is one of the most versatile types of fish and you can cook it in numerous ways. This maple salmon recipe is our absolute favorite.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (5-7 oz each)
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. The first step is to get a baking dish and set the oven at 400 F degrees.
  2. Wash the fillets and clean them properly. Use paper towels to remove the extra water.
  3. Get the olive oil, and cover the fish with it on each side.
  4. Place the 4 fillets in the baking dish and leave it in the oven. The cooking time is 10 minutes.
  5. While the fish is roasting, you can prepare the topping. Mix the melted butter, maple syrup, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and garlic.
  6. When the fish is done, take it out of the oven and cover it with the topping.
  7. Put the dish back, and roast for 12 more minutes. The maple syrup is done when it separates in flakes.
  8. Top off with the parsley before serving,
