]]>For D.C. area natives, Justin Schuble posts about the latest and greatest meals that he’s found. As the capital of the United States, D.C. is a multicultural political hotbed. As a result, it has a little bit of everything mixed into the pot. You never know what you’re going to see, whether it’s a barbeque street fair or a mainstream staple like Georgetown Cupcake, but it is undoubtedly going to make you salivate.
Just looking at this Instagram page will make your stomach rumble. Featuring some of the most appetizing (and fattening) dishes you’ll have seen today, NYCFAT is worth a follow just for how good the food that they post looks alone. A lot of New York staples like delicatessen and pizza are given attention, but they also have some great looking pastas. A recent attention grabber was one of the more interesting dishes featured, “seared scallops and avocado yuzu over cauliflower rice.”

]]>“I think more than ever today, it was frustration,” the head coach said when asked to compare the match to other recent losses in which the team appeared more disheartened. “San Jose managed the ball in the field from the first moments and we couldn’t figure out why.”
He noted that while he’d emphasized each player’s responsibility before the match, “There was frustration as we got more down in the second half. It’s not good for me as a coach to see that.”
The result leaves LA Galaxy at the bottom of the MLS Western Conference table and leaves them with little to no chance of getting a playoff spot this year. There is definitely improvement needed from Schelotto’s side after just 4 wins in their 16 games played.
Galaxy defender Daniel Steres also seemed frustrated after the game saying their performance “wasn’t good from the start” and that they “didn’t play well”.

]]>LAFC is already without the likes of Tristan Blackmon and Mexican star Carlos Vela through injury, as well as Diego Rossi, Brian Rodriguez, Diego Palacios, and Jose Cifuentes through international duty. In addition, both Mark-Anthony Kaye and Andy Najar received injuries during LAFC’s 3-1 win over the Seattle Sounders on Sunday night and neither will be available for the match against Vancouver Whitecaps on Wednesday night.
“With Mark-Anthony it’s a grade two ankle sprain, it’s hard to give a definite timetable for what that looks like,” head coach Bob Bradley told media on a virtual press conference Tuesday. “The good news is swelling went down, the early signs are positive. Andy has a slight hamstring injury, we feel bad for him. It’s been a little bit reoccurring. His return to play has had ups and downs, which are frustrating for a player to deal with, but I don’t think the injury is real bad.”
Head coach Bob Bradley understands the struggle that LAFC is facing and says that they are “certainly relying on depth”. However, Bradley has full confidence in his squad saying that “when it’s their turn, they have to be and will be ready to help the team”.
