]]>Ice cube trays are the most popular way of cooling your ice quickly, but there’s a catch about using them when it comes to lemonade and other drinks. Due to their small size, ice cubes tend to melt pretty quickly when it’s super-hot outside, and they’ll end up watering down your lemonade.
Ice blocks are a great alternative to ice cubes because they won’t water down your lemonade as fast. They’re larger in size and less of their surface area is exposed to warm outside air, so it will take much more time for them to melt once you add them to your lemonade.
Water isn’t the only thing you can cool down inside your ice cube tray. Freezing other liquids is also an option, including lemonade. Using lemonade ice cubes instead of regular ones is a great hack because your drink will stay cold without any changes to its taste.

You’ll need 4 cups of sparkling water, 2 cups of water, 2 red grapefruits, 5-6 strawberries, and rosemary.
Pour the sparkling water into a jug then add sliced grapefruits and a pinch of rosemary. Leave for a couple of hours before adding water and strawberries. Serve with ice.
You’ll need 3 cups of blueberries, 2 teaspoons of honey, 3 lemons, 4 cups of water, and ice for this recipe.
Wash the blueberries and pour them into a blender. Add honey, the juice from 3 lemons, and 4 cups of water. Blend everything together then pour into an ice-filled jug.
