]]>This is a very healthy way to achieve hormonal balance with the use of the ingredients found in seeds. It can significantly help with irregular periods, boost fertility, and is beneficial for women who are struggling with conditions such as cystic ovaries, endometriosis, and more.
The process is very easy and literally, anyone can do it. You should do it in two phases that are connected to your monthly cycle. The cycle should last 28 days, but not all women have the same experience. If your cycle lasts longer, simply divide it into two halves.
During the first phase called follicular (day 1- day 14) your estrogen levels are high. It starts on the same day as your period. You should eat 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds and 1 tablespoon of freshly ground flaxseed each day during these two weeks.
The second, luteal phase (day 15- day 28), is when your progesterone is high. Eat 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds and 1 tablespoon of freshly ground sesame seeds each day of the second phase.
