Believe it or not, Halloween is just days away and before October’s over, you better get in as many Halloween-themed workouts as possible. “Exercise The Demons” Zombie Workout Video

This workout video has it all—fun costumes, spooky lighting, and scary makeup. The workouts led by HyperBody®, a multimedia artist and AFAA-certified group fitness instructor, and the choreography is super simple.

25-Minute Pumpkin Workout

If you’re more into strength training than cardio, this workout led by BCRPA-certified trainer Kelsey Ellis, is perfect for you. The workout consists of exercises like sumo squats with bicep curls and single-leg deadlifts with rows with 12 reps of each exercise with one to two minutes of rest between sets.
