Some people like aromatic skincare products, others absolutely hate them. Regardless of which camp you fall into, if you have eczema-prone skin—avoid, avoid, avoid. With at least 10 different ingredients making up those fragrances, you can bet that there is something in there to cause your sensitive skin irritation. Double-check the ingredients list on the product, even if it claims to be fragrance-free.
Retinoids have become one of the latest buzzwords in skincare, with almost everyone using retinol in their routine. Although retinoids can be extremely beneficial for wrinkles, and even acne, the harsh ingredient is often too strong for eczema.
