]]>Most phones today completely replace cameras, so it’s no wonder we have hundreds or even thousands of photos in them at any given moment. If you take some time to organize them into separate albums and delete the bad ones or the repetitive ones, you’re more likely to actually look back to all the amazing memories you’ve created.
There’s no reason to keep some old numbers in your contact list if you know you will never need them again. Whether it’s your ex or your favorite delivery place from a city you no longer live in, they aren’t meant to be on your phone anymore.
There are some apps that you use on a daily basis and you can move those to the home screen. The others can be put in folders that make sense to you. Delete the apps you never use and don’t let them clutter the precious space.

We all have more random junk than we know what do with, so store them on tabletop trays so their placement looks intentional. You can place your keys, jewelry, candles, and makeup on trays that will be displayed around your house.
Light helps create the illusion of bigger spaces and will make even the smallest areas look bigger. It seems counterproductive to add more light to a room that’s cluttered, but you’ll be surprised at how good lighting can open the room up.
Exposed wires and plugs make any room look messy. When possible try and store wires behind sofas or television units or under rugs.
Probably the easiest way to reduce clutter is to get rid of items that you don’t use and keeping items that are useful.

The same goes for spices. They should be in the pantry, away from your eyes, as we’re sure you’re not reaching for them several times every day.
Cookbooks shouldn’t stand on the countertop; instead, put them on a dedicated shelf somewhere in the kitchen so they’re always within reach without cluttering the space.
We get that you’d like to display that beautiful bowl or vase, but the countertop is not the place to do that. Move it to the top of the cabinets or to an open shelf.

Starting decluttering may seem like an endless task, but you need to think of what the result will be at the end. Try going into the chosen room and imagine what it would look like with less stuff.
If you succeed in making the time to declutter, make sure you factor in getting rid of the items. Whether recycling or giving to charity, make sure your items reach their new destination. Don’t let stuff build up in the back of your car or corner of the room.
