There is no real-life Benjamin Button solution, but there are ways to make you look and feel younger. And not all of them involve an eight-step process! Here’s your guide to the best anti-aging techniques for men.

Healthy Diet

Your body is your temple. What you eat shows up everywhere on your body, including your face. Load up on fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats, rather than oily, fried foods like potato chips and pizza. Staying hydrated is also key; drink plenty of water to keep your skin in its best condition. 

Regular Excercise

Regular exercise keeps your body and mind in top shape. Cardio, strength training, and mobility exercises like yoga and stretching, improve the circulation of oxygen, keeping your skin looking fresh and clean via cell regeneration.

Stress Management

Anxiety speeds up aging because increased cortisol levels can break down collagen and cause your skin to thin. Practices like meditation, deep breathing, and nature walks can help reduce stress.

Adequate Sleep

During sleep, your body repairs and regenerates skin cells. Aim for seven to nine hours of sleep a night and your skin/energy levels will improve.

Yes, there are creams and other products that you can put on your face and body to help fight lines and keep your skin looking firm. First and foremost, wash your face twice a day with soap and water to remove dirt, oil, and pollutants. Use a gentle oil that doesn’t strip your skin of its natural oils. Follow with a good moisturizer to hydrate your skin. UV radiation from the sun accelerates aging by breaking down collagen so apply sunscreen with at least 30 SPF. Finally, products containing retinoids boost collagen production and speed up cell turnover, reducing fine lines and improving skin texture.
