An underrated but healthy option is any kind of fruit mixed into cottage cheese. Especially good are berries or sliced melon. You can also use jam or preserves for some extra sweetness. Use cottage cheese with a higher fat content for a richer treat.
For a snack you can eat on bread, try spreading some soft cheese on a piece of toast and topping with jam or preserves. You can use cream cheese, brie, ricotta, camembert, or whatever suits your fancy. This is particularly good if you’re extra hungry because the bread will help fill you up more. If all you have on hand is harder cheeses, you can also toast the bread with the cheese on top to melt the cheese, and then use a spoon to carefully dollop and spread your jam on top.
