On our household chores list gardening is by far the most interesting and fun activity. Growing your own flowers, herbs, or vegetables is an awesome hobby. It’ll give you a reason to spend some time outside every day and burn up to 250 calories while having fun.
Apparently, there are people who think that vacuuming is fun and those people are probably very fit because vacuuming for only an hour burns 170 calories. Considering that we have to do it at least once a week, it seems like a good workout.
