Ingredients:
1 frozen puff pastry dough
2 bananas
For custard
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup almond flour
A pinch of salt
2 cups of milk
3 egg yolks
2 teaspoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ripe bananas
Instructions:
Roll the puff pastry dough until it fits your baking pan. Bake as the package instructions say.
In the meantime, mix sugar, flour, salt, and milk in a pot. Boil on medium heat until it thickens.
Remove from heat and slowly add egg yolks. Continue to mix the custard.
Add butter and vanilla extract.
Blend 3 ripe bananas and add them to the custard, too. Put the custard in the fridge to chill.
Cut 2 bananas in round slices and arrange over your baked puff pastry. Pour the custard over. Decorate with a few more banana slices.
